Fix the water proof quality of a drainpipe with Power tape

To fix a drainpipe or a tube with Pattex Power Tape is possible!

Required materials

NB: If you use a cartridge, you will need a caulking gun and a cutter.

STEP 1

Close the main water supply and empty the pipe if needed.

STEP 2

Clean, remove the grease and dry the parts to repair with a cloth and adapted products.

STEP 3

Cover with Power Tape, enrolling 2 or 3 layers, larger than the part to repair.

STEP 4

That’s done the trick!

If this repairing is reliable and efficient on a short-term, it is not definitive though.
